WordPress Plugin Support
We are looking for a new colleague in our growing team. The tasks can be done remotely, from home next to frequent coordination.
Requirements:
- Customer support through forum and ticketing system
- Maintenance of support related documentation and knowledge base
- Problem solving skills with patience and kindness
- Installing WordPress theme, plugins and doing their configuration
- Working knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, PHP, CSS and MySQL
- Skype contact
Working hours:
- From Monday to Friday / 6 hours a day
